// Mobile Apps

Apps that work where the signal doesn’t.

Built for real conditions — patchy 4G, low battery, and staff wearing gloves. One codebase, both app stores.

What We Can Build

Six apps we build most often.

Customer Ordering App

Reorder in two taps, saved carts, order history, and push when something they buy is back in stock.

Loyalty & Membership

Points, tiers, and member pricing — with push offers that bring people back without a discount war.

Field Team App

Job lists, checklists, and photo proof from site. Keeps working with no signal and syncs when it returns.

Driver & Delivery App

Route for the day, proof of delivery, and a live status the office can see without phoning the driver.

Stock & Inventory App

Scan to count, transfer between outlets, and flag short stock before a customer finds it first.

Internal Approvals

Claims, leave, and purchase requests approved from a phone instead of a form left on someone’s desk.

What It Solves

The problems we hear most.

How We Build It

One codebase. Both stores. Offline by default.

Live products, built end to end.

Workforce platform

JobToFive

Web dashboard + mobile app

jobtofive.com

A workforce platform for teams whose work happens on-site — cleaning crews, maintenance, service technicians, facilities management.

The problem

Operations like these tend to run on WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets. Rosters get buried in chat, there is no record that a job was actually done, and payroll gets rebuilt by hand from screenshots at the end of every month.

What we built

  • A web dashboard for the officedrag-and-drop scheduling, live attendance, payroll with EPF and SOCSO, invoicing, and a single inbox for leave, supply and sign-up approvals.
  • A mobile app for the fieldthe day's jobs, GPS clock-in and clock-out, before-and-after photos, leave applications and payslips.
  • The two stay in synca clock-in on someone's phone shows on the dashboard as it happens, so nobody has to ring around to find out who turned up.

Details worth noting

  • Staff sign in with a phone number, so onboarding a crew does not depend on everyone having a work email.
  • One account across both — the same login on the web dashboard and the phone, with a push notification when a roster changes.
  • Payroll is calculated from the same attendance the staff clocked, rather than re-entered from another source.
  • White-label, so an operator can run it under their own brand.
